1. General Policy

No Refunds: All payments made for services and products are non-refundable. Non-Returnable Goods: Once sold, goods cannot be returned. This includes all skin care, hair care products, and consumables.

2. Services

Service Commitments: We ensure that all treatments are performed with the utmost care by our professional team. In the rare event of dissatisfaction, we are committed to addressing your concerns but do not offer monetary refunds for services rendered.

Treatment Packages: Prepaid treatment packages are also non-refundable. If you are unable to complete your treatment package, you may transfer the remaining sessions to another individual upon management approval.

3. Appointment Cancellations

Notice Requirement: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of that session or a penalty fee.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled depending on the availability of the service provider.

4. Product Purchases

No Refunds or Returns: All products purchased at Bonitaa Skin and Hair Care are non-refundable and non-returnable once they leave our clinic. In the unlikely case of a defective product, please contact us for assistance in resolving the issue.

5. Special Circumstances

Bonitaa Skin and Hair Care reserves the right to consider special cases on a discretionary basis. All decisions regarding refunds, exchanges, or service alterations will be made by the management and will be considered final.
